How do I get to Ashland?

Ashland is located at 2711 Ashland Avenue in St. Joseph on the corner of Ashland and Gene Field Road. Depending on where you are coming from, you can arrive at Ashland traveling west on Gene Field road if arriving from the Belt Highway. Ashland is also accessible from Ashland Avenue, both north and south. When you arrive, most patrons enter the church from the parking lot area through a door marked "Main Entrance". Once there, greeters will be there to welcome and help you. You can also enter from the Ashland Avenue entrance via a new portico and circle drive. 

how big is your church?

Typically between all three services, Ashland averages around 400 people each Sunday. This figure fluctuates with season and can be significantly increased on major church holidays For example, Ashland holds three Christmas Eve services and will normally have around 800 congregants that evening.

What is available at Ashland for me?

Ashland is an eclectic congregation comprised of young families with children through retired adults. We have three morning services, 8, 9 and 11 am; the 8 and 11 am services are traditional worship, with the choir singing weekly at 11 am while our 9 am service is contemporary worship. We encourage members and visitors to "come as you are" in regards to attire with both suits and jeans being common in our worship settings. We have a large children and youth ministries to foster faith formation from infancy through high school. Ashland is also home to a variety of ministry, service and fellowship opportunities designed to grow your faith and enrich your life.
