We strive toward this goal through Sunday school, our Wednesday night Spirit Junction programs, special events, and through activities planned with children in mind, including:

Vacation Bible School, Trunk or Treat, Yearly Christmas Program, Pastor's Egg Decorating, Christmas Holiday Worship, and much more!!

Spirit Junction

Spirit Junction (the children's component of GIFT) will begin in 2012 on January 4th. Sixth graders will be in Confirmation class and 5th graders will join Mrs. D in room 103.

Armor of God Event

The Armor of God event will be on Saturday, January 21st from 3:30-5:00 in room 103. We will learn about the pieces of armor and what each one does to protect us in everyday life. This event is geared to 1st-3rd graders but any elementary student may come. Registration forms will be available at the information Centers or you can call Kathy at the church office. 

Souper Bowl 2012

It's the playoffs so let's get ready foro this year's Souper Bowl. The need for food is greater than ever before. We need to have a winning season this year to help feed the hungry. Souper Bowl Sunday is February 5th but we will collect soup and money starting Sunday, January 22nd. Bins will be set up in the entryways for soup or other canned goods.

The kids will collect change (or folding money!) during all services on February 5th to help boost our contribution to Calvin Center.

Thanks again for your help. Ashland will be a winner again this year!
