Welcome to Ashland United Methodist Church where we're inviting people to Celebrate Life through the power of a transforming relationship with Jesus Christ.

We worship each Sunday morning at 7:55, 9:05, and 11:10, but on this site you will discover a little bit about Ashland, who we are, and who we believe we are becoming. You'll see that we are pursuing balanced Christian discipleship in five primary areas: extravagant generosity, risk-taking mission and service, intentional faith development, passionate worship, and radical hospitality. You'll find that we strive to serve children and their families in a variety of ways through our children's ministry initiatives. You'll see that we are reaching out to young adults in new ways through the Via Media young adult fellowship, and you'll learn how our community of faith cares for one another and friends throughout St. Joe and the world.

If you are new to the community or just looking for a place to belong, we'd invite you to visit us any Sunday morning, (simply click the "Are You a Visitor" tab below for more information). You also may be interested in one of our seasonal services, our midweek GIFT program, or one of the interest groups that meet regularly at our place. You'll always be welcomed.

From its inception in 1952 Ashland has been a church with a vision. Today we are striving to be a church with the heart of God with a passion for sharing the gospel (Mk 16:15), growing fully devoted disciples (Mt 28:19), living Shalom (Isa 1:17), and building up other churches (1 Thess 5:11). We strive to help everyone find a place at our table and to empower each person to Christian service. This site is a great place to begin exploring what that may mean for you.
